The room was clean and appropriate with a comfortable bed and a shower and towels in the bathroom. The location was magnificent, within walking distance of Quinta Avenida.

The staff was really helpful and pleasant, they made the stay great. My room with the necessary amenities was great-sized and appropriate.

The location right behind the main Bus Station in Playa del Carmen makes it convenient for travelers who want to explore the center of town. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms have all the necessary amenities. The breakfast is delicious, especially the scramble eggs mixed with mushrooms or sometimes ham.

The air conditioning could be improved.

We stayed for 2 nights and were seeking an affordable, clean, safe hotel ideally located in Playa del Carmen; on all these points, the hotel was great. Additionally, the bed was really comfortable, the room was quiet so we slept well, and breakfast was great. It was better than we expected.

Great Thanksgiving experience! Loved the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. The location is perfect, close to shops and just a short walk from the beach. the staff was very friendly.

The rooms were a bit small and there was no smoking allowed in the rooms or outdoor areas.

Front desk team is not very familiar with playa del carmen activities, local calls and 0800 numbers should be free. Closet are not good. Rooms should have refrigerator, shampoo and conditioner should be separated, not both in one. And add untable cheese to breakfast. Reservations are in dollar but payment is in local currencykso exchange rates change the actual value

Fairly clean hotel, facilities are new, and the location is particularly good and excellent right beside the ADO bus terminal of Playa del Carmen. The restaurant serves hot Mexican food.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was close to all the main attractions and eateries. The hotel also had a strong and reliable Wi-Fi connection that made it easy for me to stay connected with my family during my Christmas vacation. I appreciated the availability of interior parking spots that ensured my car was safe and easily accessible throughout my stay. it was a pleasant experience.

The hot water in the shower was not working properly. Although it was a bit of a letdown, it was still manageable and didn't ruin my stay completely.

The value for money, the excellent service and the hotel staff very very nice, the internet.

No little towel for shower and always the same for the buffet. No variety.

you should stop using the plastic cups, mugs etc for the breakfast buffet. it feels quite un-ecological. thanks!
